Trust is important - if you are not satisfied with our products for any reason please contact us.  We will gladly fix what ever issue you have or refund you for your purchase. 

Coffee

Coffee is a perishable product. We roast and grind our coffee following your preferences so you can have a tailored cup. For that reason, we cannot accept any returns. We only sell freshly roasted coffee so we won't be reselling a product that doesn't have its original freshness. We will still refund you if you are not happy with our coffee - all we ask in exchange is that you send us a quick message letting us know why it didn't meet your standards. 

We are confident that our coffee selection is great. Still, you can start by trying the 12 oz format and if you're happy with the taste, order a bigger format in the future.

Merchandise

This section refers to t-shirts, tanks, mugs and so on. If you received a defective product we will send you a replacement with no cost or refund your purchase - what ever you prefer.

It's important that you make sure to measure your garment size. The best way to do this is to use a good fitting tee or tank that you have at home and measure it as per our Sizing & Care Guide. Please follow the care instructions and you will enjoy a long-lasting garment.
