WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

All items are fulfilled 2-3 days after placing your order. It may take up to 5 during high-demand periods.

We have different warehouses for coffee and merchanside so you may receive items separately - our coffee is prepared and packed directly in our Illinois roastery while all the merchandise is printed on demand in our merchandise center based in Detroit.

Tracking numbers are always provided so you can check the status of your order here. We use UPS for all our deliveries. We recommend leaving your phone number during the checkout in case the driver needs to contact you.
